• Interfaith Dialogue Programs: IRM facilitates dialogues between different religious and ethnic communities to promote peace, mutual respect, and coexistence in Sierra Leone.
• Conflict Resolution: The organization participates in mediation and conflict resolution efforts, particularly in areas affected by religious or ethnic tensions. They work closely with community leaders and government officials to foster reconciliation and unity.
• Peace Education: IRM organizes workshops and seminars focused on teaching the principles of peace and tolerance, especially to young people.
